Press Metal Berhad is principally engaged in manufacturing and marketing of aluminium products.

Press Metal operates through four business segments: Manufacturing & Trading, Contracting & Fabrication, Property Development and Recycling & Waste Treatment.

The Manufacturing & Trading and Contracting & Fabrication segments are managed on a worldwide basis, but operate in three principal geographical areas: Singapore, Hong Kong and China for the Asia region, Australia for the Asia Pacific region and United Kingdom for the Europe region.

Press Metal has a 100,000 metric tonne smelting capacity and 170,000 metric tonne extrusion capacity. Its products include aluminium windows, doors, and shopfronts; ladders and scaffoldings; curtain wall systems; architectural panel systems; industrial cladding systems; skylights; roller shutters; and partitions.

Press Metal also offers aluminium angles; flat and round bars; channels; tees; tubes; and square and round hollows. Its products are used in various engineering and industrial applications in the building, construction, transportation, furniture, electrical, and electronic industries.

Press Metal, through its subsidiaries, also engages in the contracting and fabrication of aluminium and stainless steel products; property development; development of industrial parks with common waste water treatment plant facilities and other development projects; and recycling of waste, operation maintenance, construction of waste recycling projects and trading of waste treatment and recycling equipment. In addition, it trades in garments and accessories; provides common waste water treatment plant to treat toxic waste; and trades in general hardware and related products.
