Other than producing standard profiles, Press Metal also manufacturers shapes that are designed exclusively for individual customers. To cater for these, the in-house tool & dies shop is equipped with the high precision CNC wire cut, EDMs and machine centre facilities supported with a CAD-CAM computer program. The dies shop is capable of producing 300 high quality dies per month to ensure our products are of the highest quality both for the local and export markets.
